BMW 420d

In April 2026 I purchased a 2017 BMW 420D from Max at MP Auto Group which I couldn’t be happier with! From the first phone call enquiring about the car, I could tell Max was different to any other car salesman I’d ever previously dealt with. It’s clear that Max is a car enthusiast and has great product knowledge. He was super friendly on the phone, even offering a video call to show me any slight imperfections before I made the journey to see the car.

When viewing the car, everything was exactly as described, the car was in excellent condition and was presented beautifully having just been machine polished. Everything was easy to arrange and Max was very accommodating with availability. He made me feel very comfortable, almost like talking to a friend and he wasn’t pushy or pressurising, and he made it clear I didn’t have to make a decision there and then.

Due to having a few issues with my previous car (Not bought from or related to MP Auto Group) including a delay in taking off a personal registration, it presented a slight delay in the process. Max was very understanding of this and was willing to hold the car for myself despite other interest.

The whole process from start to finish including the arrangement of finance was made as simple and as easy as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience, I was kept informed throughout, communication was great from day one and the customer service was nothing short of outstanding! Max even offered to pick me up from the train station on collection day which I thought was the cherry on top!
