Really good experience with MP Auto Group. Max and Loz were both great to deal with and were fair, straightforward and easy to talk to and deal with from the start.
There was no pressure or typical sales tactics at any point, it just felt like a normal conversation rather than being pushed into products and addons, and that made the whole process a lot more relaxed. They were also very quick to reply to messages or call back and had all the information I wanted to hand.
Their cars were also all in immaculate condition, everything is properly prepared and not just quickly turned around, and it shows in the overall quality, to the point where he could show me a panel on my car and then on one they were selling and there was a clear difference in preparation quality. Their photos and social media are also very well done and everything is presented properly and gives a clear, honest impression of what you’re looking at.
We also ended up chatting a bit about the business side of things as well and it’s inspired me to start looking into setting up my own car sales business. It’s good to see people doing it properly and building something the right way.
Overall just a straightforward, stress-free experience, which isn’t always the case when buying a car, as I have been stung by dodgy cars and poor customer service before elsewhere. If they keep doing things this way, they’ll definitely build further on their already strong reputation and be up there with some of the best specialist dealers in the country. Would happily recommend and delighted to have done business with them.
