Buying a car from Max was a complete dream! I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. I saw the cutest little mini and rang on a Sunday thinking I could leave a message. Max picked up and had done a full video walk around within an hour of me calling. My friend who buys a lot of cars, was blown away by the detail that Max showed both on the paperwork and the onboard system. Max arranged transport for me down to Guildford, the driver said that working with Max was just a dream, and he was super lovely and helpful too! The car was spotless - it was 9 years old and looked brand new. I couldn't believe how well maintained and clean the car was.

Buying a car online can be really daunting, but MP Auto had all the warranties and insurance, should the car not have been up to expectations.

What a pleasure to be surprised by good service, rather than disappointed by bad! I joked that Max was the new face of the second hand car salesman, but he really is. He always took my calls, helped where he could, no matter how small or silly my request and supported the sale from start to finish.

I am blown away by the service and if Max has my next car, I will buy that from him too, even though he's the other end of the country.
